Under overall guidance of Country Program Coordinator (CPC) and direct supervision of the Community Forestry Partnership Coordinator of RECOFTC Cambodia, the Provincial Community Forestry Partnership Coordinator (PCFPC) is responsible for overall planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating, coordinating, and reporting project activities in the 4 provinces covering Prey Lang Landscape (PLL) as per approved project work plan. He/she will work closely with the Winrock SFB Coordinator for PLL and East West Management Institute (EWMI)’s Prey Lang Grassroots Networking and Constituency Coordinator and other key stakeholders in PLL.

He/she will work closely and collaborate with the East-West Management Institute’s (EWMI) Prey Lang Grassroots Networking and Constituency Program Officers and other key stakeholders in the PLL.

The System Developer(s) shall work closely with the IT Specialist and Officer in the identification, specification, and impact of system requirements and processes for the Intranet described above. He/she shall employ knowledge of data modeling, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, data dictionaries and other software development requirements tools and methodologies for the development of database system requirements and processes. He/she shall provide expertise in the area of SQL programming and DTS, and follow Systems Development Life Cycle standards for development that meets the organization’s and audit requirements.
