Training and Capacity Building Needs Assessment
RECOFTC is experienced in conducting both comprehensive training and capacity building needs assessment for projects, organizations and institutions involved with natural resource management.
Both these processes involve developing, and then conducting or facilitating an analysis of project, organisational or institutional goals. The second part of the process involves developing and implementing systems that improve the efficiency of the project, organisation or institution to achieve the identified goals through innovative training and capcity building initiatives.
Recently, RECOFTC conducted Training Needs Assessments (TNA) for both the Mekong Wetlands Bio-diversity Conservation and Sustainable Use Project (MWBP); and the ongoing Participatory Forest Management Project in Bhutan.
