Village Focus International (VFI), the National Land Management Authority of Lao PDR and RECOFTC organized a second training workshop (Phases 3) aimed at developing mediation strategies based on conflict analysis findings.

The purpose of this training program is to build the capacity of a core group of staff from NGOs, and government departments at the local level that can form the basis for dealing with conflicts and training others in conflict resolution techniques.
