Grassroots Facilitator Training Manual Self-Help Resource Association of British Columbia This manual provides details on facilitation skills within the context of self-help.

 

Training Village Planning Facilitators - Ecologically-based, Participatory Planning for Sustainable Management of Natural Resources Manual (2007)

 

This manual was developed under AusAID’s Qinghai Forestry Resources Management Project in China. The manual is a guide for the trainers of county and township level staff who are to be facilitators of Village-based Catchment Management Plans. It provides an overview of both participatory planning and an ecologically-based approach to catchment management. The manual assumes trainers will not necessarily be experienced in either the discipline of social science or ecology.

The Facilitator's Handbook is for field use in participatory development of a VCMP.
