Sustainable Livelihoods Toolbox provides a whole range of traing materials on the sustainable livelihoods approach. The Toolbox is part of the Livelihoods Connect initiative developed by the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex (UK).
Building on Gender, Agrobiodiversity and Local Knowledge: A Training Manual (2005) This extensive FAO training manual focuses specifically on the linkages between local knowledge systems, gender roles and relationships, the conservation and management of agrobiodiversity, plant and animal genetic resources, and food security. Its aim is to promote a holistic understanding of these components.
Livelihoods Training Manual (2002) produced by the Sustainable Fisheries Livelihoods Programme (DFID & FAO) provides a broad range of training material on the sustainable livelihoods approach.
