Posters

Poster sessions were held for each of the conference themes. The conference organizers encouraged preparation and presentation of posters as a major element in the conference, so as to promote more interaction amongst participants.

Participants were asked to submit their posters in portrait format, using a standard size of 1 m wide by 1.5 m high (39.5 by 59 inches). They could prepare either a single or a double poster. Participants were also requested to provide a short paper (maximum 10 pages) to hand out during their poster session.

Two guidelines were suggested for the preparation of posters:
