RECOFTC builds the capacity of communities, governments, civil society organizations and companies to contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda. Our entry point to sustainable development and climate change solutions is community forestry.

We have more than 30 years of experience working with people and forests, and have built trusting relationships with partners at all levels. Our experts have trained over 60,000 people across the Asia-Pacific region. These experiences and partnerships have formed a training program that is issue-based, collaborative and reflective, and continues to shape how community forestry is developed and implemented today.

To learn more about our training program, view the courses below and check the e-learning course catalogue. It provides users with free access to the most current knowledge on community forestry. We also develop and provide specialized training programs. If you are interested in a training program that is tailored to your organization’s issues and needs, contact us today.
