Transforming forest landscape conflicts for better governance

Understand how to transform forest governance conflict into collaboration

Conflicts over the right to access natural resources and participate in forest landscape management are destructive. Prevalent across the Asia-Pacific, these conflicts vary in terms of causes, intensity and impact. The low capacity to mitigate these conflicts exacerbates the situation and leads to significant losses for the government, the private sector and local communities.

Participants in this course will learn how to transform and negotiate conflict in forest and natural resources governance.
