Promoting sustainable forest management strategies in community forests in Cambodia
This project aims to improve forest conservation and enhance community livelihoods in the Prey Lang Landscape, Cambodia, through sustainable forest management practices within community forests.
The initiative focuses on protecting mother trees to support native species seed production, strengthening household nurseries with fruit trees and home gardens, and promoting natural regeneration in community-protected areas. Collaboration with local communities ensures the sharing of effective strategies and the creation of a replicable model for community-based forest management.
