Forest landscape vulnerability assessment to action approach: Steps and lessons from Sindhupalchok, Nepal

The Forest Landscape Vulnerability Assessment to Action (FLVAA) approach was developed by RECOFTC to identify climatic impacts and vulnerabilities, along with potential nature-based solutions to address them. It was first piloted in Ward 13 of Chautara Sangachokgadhi Municipality in Sindhupalchok, Nepal. This factsheet presents a summary of the approach, including the steps followed, the action plans implemented, and the initial impacts of the actions taken. It may serve as a guide and resource for future users of the FLVAA approach in similar communities.
