This Explore-supported study examines climate resilience and adaptation among two upland ethnic minority communities in Nghe An province, Viet Nam. Using FAO’s livelihood resilience framework, the research finds that poverty, insecure land tenure and limited adaptive capacity increase vulnerability to climatic risks, particularly among women. The study highlights the need for gender-responsive and inclusive policies to strengthen long-term community resilience.
