Change beyond supply chains: Driving positive landscape transformation through inclusive business models

This report draws from focus group discussions and in-depth interviews with farmers, community members and private-sector actors working in Myanmar’s avocado sector. It looks at nature-positive avocado production in Nyaung Shwe township, recommending possible strategies for inclusive, community-led implementation and monitoring of regenerative farming and business practices.
