Effective governance of Cambodia's recreational forests depends on strong stakeholder collaboration, improved institutional frameworks and active community participation. This paper emphasizes the importance of addressing policy implementation gaps and strengthening financial and service management skills. The research highlights how actively engaging key, yet currently disengaged, stakeholders is crucial for achieving sustainability and economic viability in these forest areas.
