This training of trainers manual on protection from sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (PSEAH) has been developed to strengthen RECOFTC’s institutional and individual capacity to uphold a zero-tolerance approach to SEAH. Tailored to the forestry sector, it equips trainers with the knowledge, skills and tools to prevent, identify and respond to SEAH in professional and community contexts. The manual combines conceptual understanding of gender and PSEAH with practical, participatory methods such as case studies, role play and reflection exercises. It serves as a comprehensive guide for trainers to build awareness, accountability and action on PSEAH at institutional, programmatic and individual levels.
